Gao Lihong, female, born in September 1970, successively obtained a bachelor's degree in law from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (1992) and a master's degree in law (1999) and a doctor of law (2003) from Wuhan University. Since 1992,I have taught at Law School of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. I have been awarded lecturer (1999), associate professor (2003), and professor (2008). I have served as the director of the Department of Economic Law, the Deputy Dean of the Law School, the Director of the Library, the Director of the Development Planning Department, and the Director of the Discipline Construction Office in Zhongnan University of Economics and Law.I am currently a professor and PhD Tutor of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, a leader in environmental resources law and a leader of PhD tutors. I haves won the title of Hubei Province's second-term top ten outstanding juvenile jurists, Hubei Province "famous teacher studio", Zhongda environmental law young scholars and other titles.

Research direction: the first person who proposed the idea of using animals as a limited legal subject in China; conducted deep and extensive discussions on issues such as environmental infringement, property rights, environmental rights and financial power, and new energy sources, and it caused great repercussions in the domestic environmental law community.
